ABOUT OISTIN MAC BRIDE
Oistin Mac Bride is an internationally experienced photojournalist, author and occasional broadcaster who has completed assignments in over 50 countries.
His photographic work includes hard news, public relations, weddings, travel, TV, film and style and his photographs of celebrities, politicians and presidents have been used by numerous Irish and international publications, Fortune 500 companies and charities including:
The New York Times, Parade, Irish Times, New York Daily News, LA Times, The Sunday Business Post, Bertelsmann,Village Voice, Corbis, Golf Magazine, Bank of Ireland,William Morrow, International Baccalaureate, Salesforce.com, Enterprise Ireland, Hard Rock Café, Men's Health, Sipa, StructureTone, Unilever, Insead, and Amnesty International. His broadcast clientele has included RTE, CBS, BBC, and RDF TV Germany.
He has been a consultant with Warner Brothers and Castlerock Entertainment as well as for a number of TV documentaries and books. Major exhibitions of his work have been on show in The United States, Ireland, Mexico and France and in a UNICEF exhibit around the world.
Oistin is an acknowledged expert on Northern Ireland security issues and Irish American Politics and is the author of the critically acclaimed “Family Friends and Neighbours, A Photobiography”. He is a graduate in Hospitality Management from Oxford Brooks University and divides his time between New York and Dublin, when not traveling.
